The following is a story I wrote about a fun adventure in Canada for a Backcountry.com catalog a few seasons ago. This trip was inspired by a group of Germans that paddled into the Vampire Peaks and the Cirque of the Unclimbables in 2004. I plan on going back soon, maybe the summer of 2011. Trips like this will be my focus in upcoming years. Now more than ever I believe it is very important to use as much "man power" as possible when we venture out into the wild to have fun. Plus, when you raft into a place that has more rain then not, you still get a good time when the weather shuts down the climbing!
